On Wednesday, April 15, the Strength of Courage film series continued at the Brooklyn Public Library with a screening of Hannah Arendt: Facing Tyranny (Dir: Chana Gazit, Jeff Bieber, prod: Jeff Bieber)
The event featured a panel discussion following the film, with co-director Jeff Bieber, scholar Roger Berkowitz, and historian Ruth Weinberger. The conversation was moderated by Chuck Todd. The program also included a special introduction by Holocaust survivor Asher Matathias and opening remarks by Gideon Taylor, President of the Claims Conference.
The series continues today at Manhattan University (Hayden Hall, Room 100) with a reception and screening of Art Spiegelman: Disaster Is My Muse.
