2022 Emerging Filmmaker Contest winner The Ice Cream Man (dir: Rob Moniot, producer: Rob Moniot, Greg Malone, San Fu Maltha) will have its world premiere at the Indy Shorts International Film Festival. The Ice Cream Man tells the story of the Amsterdam-based Jewish ice cream parlor owner Ernst Cahn whose act of resistance and subsequent torture and execution sparked the “February Strike,” the largest mass resistance against the Nazis during World War II.
