See You Soon (dir/prod: Jennifer Skarbnik López, prod: Alejandra Cacho) will have its Canadian premiere at the 2026 Toronto Jewish Film Festival (TJFF), one of the largest Jewish film festivals in the world.
The stop-motion animated short is inspired by the filmmaker’s grandfather’s letter to his sister during the Holocaust. Through memory, animation, and family history, the film follows two siblings separated by war whose hope of seeing one another again becomes a lasting thread of survival and remembrance.
The Toronto Jewish Film Festival will take place June 4–14.
